The journalist has swapped the TV studio for a kebab stand and is convinced it was one of the best decisions of his professional life. So, he doesn't care about the mockery of his colleagues from TVN, he doesn't care about any criticism, and he doesn't look at others, he just does his thing. He believes that this business makes sense and will quickly be successful in the fast food industry. Filip Chajzer reveals that his idea has immediately had a wide echo. Long queues of customers are lining up for the unique delicacy at his food truck, and he already has seven hundred inquiries about franchising.
"I've dreamed of it since I was a child, and finally I'm doing what I should be doing. When I was seven or eight years old, my dad took me for a doner in West Berlin and that's when I fell in love with the taste and thought to myself, wow, it would be cool to have a stand like that someday. As a prelude to this dream, I opened a Subway franchise," Chajzer recalled.
However, the journalist's business went bankrupt then, but he didn't give up. Filip Chajzer decided to serve "craft gemüsekebap" based on the delicacy from Kreuzberg, and he already knows that this business was a bull's eye. Many people showed up at the opening of his food truck, attracted not only by the original delicacy but also by the owner's famous name.
