Savills has released the eighth edition of its global “Impacts 2025” report, highlighting strategic adaptation as essential for thriving amid rapidly shifting real estate markets. The report, available at impacts.savills.com, explores global trends through expert insights and data.

The theme, “now, more than ever, is the time to ADAPT if we want to thrive,” underscores the need for agility in the face of geopolitical uncertainty, supply chain transformation, and evolving labor markets. CEO Mark Ridley emphasized that adaptation speed will define success, particularly as climate challenges and shifting tenant expectations reshape the industry.

“The eighth edition of the report is highly relevant to Poland. We are witnessing firsthand the shift in expectations from office tenants, who seek flexible and collaborative spaces rather than just traditional offices. The transformation in retail demands that shopping center owners actively manage their assets and offer unique experiences beyond simple sales. The logistics sector is also rapidly evolving toward shortening supply chains and enhancing its resilience to global disruptions,” Wioleta Wojtczak, Head of Research at Savills Poland, commented.
