As of Q2 2025, Poland’s total modern retail space reached nearly 17 million m². New retail supply for the quarter amounted to 90,000 m² GLA, mainly in retail parks. Construction activity remains strong, with 593,000 m² GLA underway—the highest since 2019. Major openings included Designer Outlet Kraków (19,000 m²), Łabędzka retail park in Gliwice (15,000 m²), and Leroy Merlin in Szczawno-Zdrój (10,000 m²). Six brands debuted in Poland, including Alensa, Bottlery, and Motorola/Lenovo.

Retail sales exceeded 1,100 PLN/m², and total turnover from January to May reached 121.2 billion PLN—up 1% year-over-year. Visitor numbers grew slightly, with entertainment, restaurants, and beauty categories seeing the highest sales increases, while fashion declined in May.
