In June 2025, the supply of rental properties in Poland decreased by 3% m/m, with fewer new listings (down 24% compared to last year). Despite this, demand for rentals saw a significant increase, the highest since 2020. This may be linked to macroeconomic factors like interest rate cuts, which are prompting landlords to consider selling rather than renting out properties. The average rental price in June was PLN 3,611, with Warsaw having the highest rates (PLN 4,961), and Białystok the lowest (2,069 PLN).

Experts anticipate that these trends may lead to more properties being sold rather than rented, reducing rental demand and stabilizing prices.
