NEPI Rockcastle acquires Forum Gdansk shopping center for €250 mln
NEPI Rockcastle has acquired the Forum Gdansk shopping center for €250 million from a company owned by Blackstone-managed funds, NEPI Rockcastle reported.
"The property with a gross leasable area (GLA) of 63,500 sqm was sold via Multi Veste 339 B.V., owned by Blackstone-managed funds. The acquisition represents one of the largest shopping center investment deals in Europe in terms of value and the largest in Central and Eastern Europe in 2022," - the announcement said.
