New vice president of the management board appointed in ROBYG
The ROBYG Group appointed Marta Hejak to the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board. She is also the financial director. Marta Hejak has been associated with ROBYG since 2015, she worked as deputy finance director, and previously she was the head of the Group's reporting and consolidation department. He has many years of experience in the financial sector.
Marta Hejak is responsible for the financial management of the ROBYG Group, including the financial reporting process and the area of controlling and management accounting of the Group. She has gained professional experience so far, among others in the audit and economic consulting department of Ernst & Young, where she conducted audits of financial statements of the largest Polish companies, as well as dealt with public issues and business consulting. She is a graduate of Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics and is also a certified auditor.
“Certainly, my priority will be the goals of the ESG strategy announced by ROBYG, i.e. the strategy of our Group in the field of activities for the benefit of the environment, society, and responsible business. ESG has been present in the activities of ROBYG for a long time, and through our strategy, we have organized our activities in this area and given them specific directions,” Marta Hejak said.
