Professor Witold Modzelewski, PhD

Witold Modzelewski holds a professorship with the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw, and is president of the Warsaw-based Instytut Studiów Podatkowych (Tax Studies Institute). From 1992-1996, he was the deputy finance minister in charge of the re-development of Poland’s fiscal law system. He has to his credit more than a thousand publications, mainly dealing with taxes and tax/fiscal law. Moreover, he is a tax consultant, legal counsel and a member of the National Development Council advising the Polish president.
