After three quarters of 2022, ROBYG Group signed 1,644 development and preliminary agreements and 1,464 reservation agreements in Warsaw, the Tri-City, Poznań, and Wrocław. The company handed over to customers and thus recognized 1,171 units in revenue. The company maintains its sales target for 2022 at over 2,000 units and forecasts a level of 2,400-2,500 units for next year. ROBYG maintains stable margins, has a large land bank, is looking for land in new locations, and does not rule out entering more cities.
"We maintain our goal of selling more than 2,000 apartments this year and are optimistic about achieving it. Next year, sales should stabilize at the level recorded in previous years – that is, around 2,400-2,500 apartments. Subsequent years and a possible return to the 2021 sales level, i.e. more than 4,000 apartments, will depend on the situation in the mortgage market. At the beginning of August, we started to see a slightly more positive trend in the market – I think sales will improve from month to month," Eyal Keltsh, vice chairman of the board of ROBYG Group, said.
