Scandinavian work culture responds to the changing expectations of Polish employees

According to the Global Workforce Happiness Index ranking, it was Scandinavia where the highest level of job satisfaction was recorded. It is influenced, among others, by the so-called work-life balance. The daily emphasis on integration and cooperation allows you to spread the tension and responsibility that would fall on the shoulders of an individual.
It sounds quite exotic in the Polish market, but many of the more than 2,000 Scandinavian companies that employ over 170,000 people become ambassadors of typical northern labor standards. An example is the Danish company Miinto, operating in Poland, in the field of fashion e-commerce, which constantly monitors the mood of employees.
"We use a special online tool to measure satisfaction – the Office Vibe platform. The survey conducted once a week shows a very high level of important indicators in the team, such as happiness and wellness," Paulina Zdanowska-Adamczyk from Miinto said.
Instead of the style of mutual competition, present in corporations around the world, the Scandinavians are in favor of expanding "space for learning" and inviting even young, less experienced team members to important projects.
