According to the Polish Economic Institute (PIE), the supply of new residential listings remained high in Q2 2025. On average, 10,200 new apartment listings were added weekly across Poland’s 16 provincial capitals and Gdynia—a 14.5% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Since the start of 2025, weekly new listings have consistently exceeded 10,000, marking the highest levels since 2022. The largest housing markets are Warsaw (2,648 listings/week), Kraków (1,503), and Wrocław (1,269), according to PIE’s Q2 2025 Housing Market Analysis.
