Adgar Poland is celebrating 25 years in Warsaw, evolving from a small team to managing a significant office portfolio. Head of Leasing, Monika Szelenberger, notes that Warsaw’s office market has transformed, driven by events like the 2009 financial crisis and the pandemic. The shift to hybrid work has reduced office space demand, but Adgar remains adaptable. They pioneered flexible leasing options like Brain Embassy and Flexi Lease to meet evolving needs.

Operational Director, Robert Włoszek, highlights Adgar’s focus on enhancing tenant experiences, including investing PLN 15 million in local infrastructure. Looking ahead, Adgar plans to maintain its long-term investment strategy, focusing on sustainability and adapting to future work trends, such as potential shifts to shorter work weeks and more flexible office environments.
