Bank Pocztowy has completed corrective actions for capital adequacy without requiring additional capital from shareholders. The measures implemented between 2022-2023, including profitability initiatives, sales strategies, and risk cost management, bolstered the bank's capital reserves to safe levels. Despite launching an Emergency Capital Plan and Recovery Plan in 2022, shareholders ultimately decided against recapitalization. The bank's capital measures, including TCR, Tier 1 ratio, and financial leverage ratio, exceeded regulatory minimums by the end of 2023. With a focus on a new strategy until 2026, emphasizing consumer financing and e-commerce, Bank Pocztowy anticipates significant equity growth, aiming for over PLN 1.2 billion by 2026. The bank's robust risk management and liquidity position further strengthen its financial standing.
