The 27th edition of the Belgian Days will take place from November 17 to November 20, 2025.

Each year, the Belgian Days offer a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the excellence of Belgian business in Poland. The Belgian Business Chamber (BBC) has the honor and pleasure of organizing the 27th edition of the Belgian Days, celebrating the achievements of Belgian companies active in Poland.

During this 2025 edition, guests will experience the exceptional diversity of Belgian culture and cuisine. More importantly, the Belgian Days will provide numerous business opportunities for both Polish and Belgian entrepreneurs to network, exchange ideas, and celebrate achievements together.

The Belgian Days will open on Monday, November 17 with the Bridge to Belgium Reveal afternoon. Designed as a strategic gateway for Polish companies, this high-impact event will offer actionable knowledge and valuable connections for those looking to export to or invest in Belgium. Participants will gain practical, step-by-step insights into doing business in Belgium—from legal frameworks and tax systems to logistics, market access, and regional investment opportunities. The event will also showcase Belgium’s economic landscape through presentations from its key regions (Flanders, Wallonia, Brussels), case studies of Polish companies active in Belgium, and expert-led discussions on navigating the cultural and operational nuances of entering the Belgian market. During this year’s opening, the BBC will also present its new strategy and vision for the future of the Chamber, along with an expanded portfolio of services for Polish clients and members considering expansion into the Belgian market. You cannot miss it!

On the morning of Tuesday, November 18, the BBC warmly invites companies from the industrial and logistics sectors to the Industry & Logistics Seminar, organized at the Industrial Development Agency. This seminar will serve as a strategic platform, bringing together leading industrial leaders and key players from the logistics sector. As industries evolve and supply chains grow more complex, seamless collaboration between manufacturing, production, and logistics is essential for competitiveness and growth. The event will feature insightful presentations, expert panels, and focused networking sessions addressing challenges and opportunities in Poland’s strategic industries—such as automotive, manufacturing, energy, and technology—and the critical role logistics plays in supporting them.

That afternoon, join us for the Talent & Diversity Masterclass. This event will bring together Belgian and Polish business leaders, experts, and institutions to explore how organizations can create more inclusive workplaces, unlock diverse talents, and lead with purpose. During this thought-provoking session, we will also launch the BBC Circle: People & Diversity, a new platform within the Belgian Business Chamber aimed at fostering ongoing dialogue and action on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Our speakers will present innovative employee engagement initiatives, including flexible work solutions and the shortened four-day workweek.

On Wednesday, November 19, we invite you to our renowned annual Real Estate Conference. This event will feature expert talks and interactive panels with top professionals from the industry. Topics will include investment perspectives, market analyses, tax and legal updates, as well as urban and sustainable development. From developers to investors, agents to architects, this conference is open to anyone eager to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving real estate sector. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with peers, learn from industry pioneers, and gain valuable insights to guide your business decisions.
That evening, the spotlight will shine on the traditional Belgian Business Mixer. This year’s mixer is designed as a vibrant, maritime-inspired networking event that brings together business professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, and stakeholders from both the Belgian and Polish markets. Set at the stylish Seafood Station, guests will enjoy authentic Belgian-style seafood while forging meaningful business connections in a relaxed, coastal-inspired atmosphere. Whether you are looking to initiate new partnerships, strengthen existing ones, or simply expand your network within the Belgian-Polish business ecosystem, this mixer offers a unique and welcoming platform.

On Thursday, November 20, the Chamber will host two major events. In the morning, we invite you to the Triple Tech Summit—a dynamic gathering of startups, scaleups, and innovators from Belgium and Poland. The summit will spotlight cutting-edge developments in AI & deep tech, green tech & sustainability, and digital transformation. Through startup pitch sessions, inspiring keynotes, and interactive panel discussions, participants will explore innovation trends, challenges, and success stories from both ecosystems. Whether you’re scaling a product, scouting for innovation, or engaging with the region’s brightest minds, the Triple Tech Summit is where the future connects.

That evening, the Belgian Days will conclude with the prestigious CEO Forum at the Embassy of Belgium to Poland and Lithuania, attended by His Excellency the Ambassador of Belgium and a Guest of Honor from the world of Polish politics and business, who will deliver a keynote address. The forum, held as an exclusive Gala Dinner, will bring together top CEOs and industry leaders from Polish and Belgian business. It is the perfect venue for meaningful dialogue between business and Polish administration. Each year, the gala also features a prominent figure from the Polish political landscape, offering reflections on the future of foreign investments in Poland. During this distinguished evening, three of the BBC’s member companies will receive the prestigious Belgian Business Chamber Award, recognizing their efforts, innovation, and outstanding contributions to their industries.

The Belgian Days 2025 will close on Friday, November 21, with a special side event—Belgian Electronic Night, organized by the Art and Progress Foundation. This social event will bring you deep grooves, cutting-edge sounds, and cross-border energy—straight from the streets of Brussels to Warsaw.

The Belgian Days 2025 promise to be an exciting celebration of the strong ties between Poland and Belgium. Attendees can look forward to a wide variety of activities, including seminars, workshops, cultural performances, and opportunities to explore Belgian know-how and innovation.

Don’t miss this chance to immerse yourself in the best of Belgium, right here in Poland! The Belgian Business Chamber warmly invites you to join the 27th edition of the Belgian Days and looks forward to continuing this tradition for many years to come, delivering memorable experiences for all guests.
