CPI Property Group (CPIPG), continuing the program "Safe in the Office", together with the architectural studio JMW Architekci, ICT integrator IPS and a specialist in the design of internal installations - ECLIPSE Projekt, is working on a post-pandemic reality office model.

"Our idea of the new reality office is to ensure the highest level of employee safety while maintaining economics of space adaptation and work efficiency. The office model created for us will take into account the appropriate working conditions and rules of staying in common spaces. We also want to implement the best technological solutions, e.g. minimizing direct contact with frequently used surfaces,”  Agnieszka Ciupak, Head of Leasing Office, CPIPG Poland, commented

Currently, CPIPG owns 13 office buildings in Warsaw, with a total area exceeding 305,000 sqm.
