Globalworth, the owner and manager of the largest office portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe has implemented a Quality Management System that has been certified under the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This is a confirmation of Globalworth’s high level of organization for its procedures and at the same time the high quality of the services it provides as an owner-manager of its properties.

The ISO 9001 standard was set by the International Organization for Standardization, which is headquartered in Brno, and it is recognised throughout the whole world. It comprises a set of guidelines and requirements for quality management that must be implemented by any organization that holds the certificate. The ISO 9001:2015 standard implemented by Globalworth Poland covers a comprehensive range of commercial property management activities.

“When selecting the certification assessor, our choice fell on BSI, the renowned co-creator of international standards. The high standard of Globalworth’s previous management practices meant that the implementation of the ISO system and the certification ran very smoothly. The participation and involvement of people from different departments in our company meant that all our management practices were formalized and are now monitored from start to finish,” Maciej Kamiński, Head of Property & Facility Department at Globalworth Poland, said.
