Heimstaden Poland achieved a record 650 lease agreements in Q2 2024, expanding its portfolio to nearly 2,000 apartments in Warsaw and Kraków by the end of Q3. The company added 320 high-quality apartments in Kraków’s Myśliwska estate between April and June. Notably, Heimstaden introduced a groundbreaking "no-deposit" rental option, available to tenants who pass identity, income, and credit checks. In Q2, the group’s rental income rose by 5.1% compared to the previous quarter, with a 98.3% occupancy rate.

Heimstaden remains a leader in the institutional rental market and is committed to enhancing the Polish PRS sector's quality.
