Legia Warsaw and Salesforce enter into new partnership

Legia Warsaw has signed a contract with the American company Salesforce, which is a world leader in the implementation and functionality of modern CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Thanks to the agreement, Salesforce will become the Official Partner of Legia Warszawa's Digital Technologies and a dedicated CRM solution will be created. The solution is aimed at effective management of relations and communication with fans and partners, both in the B2C and B2B segments. The implementation will be based on the modern technological solutions of Salesforce. In addition, under the terms of the contract, Salesforce joins the group of companies sponsoring the sports club.
The use of the potential of the most titled Polish club with the largest fan base in the country by the world leader in the implementation and functionality of CRM is another step in the process of digital transformation and providing personalized content, services, and products for each Legia Warsaw fan.
