Private healthcare services provider Medicover has renewed its lease agreement and leased additional space in the Atrium Centrum building in downtown Warsaw, and will now occupy almost 2,200 sqm in the property. The company has a medical center there and has been present in the location since the building’s completion in 2002. Atrium Centrum offers over 14,500 sqm of space with its tenants including CityFit, Dentons Business Services EMEA and Pieter Nielsen & Partners Law Office. The building is owned by CPI Property Group.
