“We consider the coast as one of the locations for the Polish nuclear power plant,” Piotr Naimski, government plenipotentiary for strategic energy infrastructure, said.
He added that there are several places that are currently under investigation, but no specific places were disclosed. He admitted though that geological and geotechnical works are currently underway in potential locations for the nuclear power plant.
At the end of August, Naimski said that six nuclear reactors for the energy sector were to be built in Poland within 20 years.
