Number of people apply for jobs fell by approx. 15% y/y

According to No Fluff Jobs, job applications in January 2025 increased by 60% compared to December 2024, but dropped 15% y/y. The most job postings were in Sales (14%), followed by Backend Programming (12%), Finance & Accounting (6.8%), and Fullstack Programming (6%).
IT roles continue to offer the highest salaries, with Data Analysis reaching 22.8-27k PLN (B2B) and 15-21k PLN (employment contract). However, salary growth in IT has stagnated or declined, while Sales salaries increased significantly (up to 27.3% Y/Y for B2B).
Work arrangements are shifting, with 47% of jobs requiring on-site work, 29.5% offering remote, and 23.7% hybrid. The largest job markets are Warsaw (28.4%), Kraków (14.9%), and Trójmiasto (10.4%).
