Large businesses had the highest adoption rate (99.6%), while the lowest was in accommodation and food services (90%). Strong password authentication was used by 84% of enterprises, with higher adoption in large (98.7%) and medium-sized businesses (92.8%). Network access control was implemented by 64.5%, and 71.4% performed data backups with offsite storage.
In 2023, 32.5% of businesses experienced ICT security incidents, mainly large enterprises (43.5%) and professional, scientific, and technical sectors (39.6%). The most common issues were resource inaccessibility due to hardware or software failures (29.7%) and data damage (7.7%). Data breaches due to employee actions were rare (1%).
