A recent report by the European Leasing Fund reveals that Polish entrepreneurs frequently work overtime, with 11% working 11-hour days. Among surveyed business owners, 32% work nine hours, while 34% extend to ten.
Micro-business owners are the most overworked, with 20% logging 11-hour days. Agriculture and transport sectors report particularly long hours, with 98% of farmers and 55% of transport managers working at least 10 hours daily.
In contrast, sectors like trade and manufacturing often adhere to the standard eight-hour workday.
