Resi4Rent makes its debut in Warsaw

The first building of the Resi4Rent investment in Browary Warszawskie received an occupancy permit. In the multifunctional part of Warsaw's Wola, revitalized by Echo Investment, Resi4Rent has created 450 comfortable apartments for long-term rental. The first tenants are already moving in.
Resi4Rent, which offers nearly 800 apartments in Wrocław and Łódź, has started renting its first investment in Warsaw. The long-awaited complex, which supplemented the city-forming project of Browary Warszawskie with another function, will ultimately offer tenants 450 apartments. The first building is already in use, while the neighboring 17-story tower will welcome its first residents in November. The architects from the JEMS studio planned seven two-level apartments on the top floors.
“Resi4Rent Browary Warszawskie is a unique project in our portfolio. Located in one of the fastest-growing districts of the capital, in the middle of a multifunctional complex under construction, it is a perfect example of our company's development strategy in the largest cities in Poland. Our facilities are linked by a central or well-connected location, a guarantee of unchanging lease terms and market rental rates. And all this without unannounced visits from a private owner ,” Sławomir Imianowski, President of Resi4Rent, said.
Resi4Rent is the owner of the rented apartments and therefore can provide them with the appropriate standard, without intermediaries and hidden costs. Each place is fully finished and ready to move in immediately. Resi4Rent equips its apartments with permanent buildings, household appliances and necessary furniture. Additionally, the premises in Resi4Rent Browary Warszawskie have air conditioning installed. Internet is included in the rental price. For motorists, the company also offers the possibility of renting a space in the underground garage.
