Synektik earns contract worth €3.4 mln for hospital robot in Czech Republic

Synektik announced that its subsidiary, Synektik Czech Republic, has signed key contracts with Krajská zdravotní, the owner of Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem, Czechia.
The agreements cover the sale, delivery, installation, and launch of a da Vinci SP single-port robotic surgical system for minimally invasive procedures, with an optional additional surgeon console. The contract also includes staff training, warranty service, unlimited post-warranty support, and ongoing supply of consumables.
Valued at €3.43 million net, the deal is considered material as it exceeds 5% of Synektik Group’s equity. Delivery is expected within four weeks, with a 34-month warranty. Synektik, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2011, operates in Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia.
