Text Group had an MRR of $7.1 mln at the end of December
At the end of December 2024, Text Group's Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) across all products reached $7.1 million, reflecting a 9.4% y/y increase but a 0.9% decline compared to September 2024. In Q3 of the 2024/2025 fiscal year (October–December), total payments amounted to $21.43 million, up 0.4% y/y but down 6.2% from the previous quarter due to a lower share of annual fees.
The ARPL (Average Revenue Per License) for LiveChat rose to $178.6, up from $173.9 in September 2024. ChatBot’s ARPL was $144.3, while HelpDesk reached $210.2. The company reported 35,508 paying LiveChat customers, 3,090 for ChatBot, and 1,321 for HelpDesk by the quarter’s end.
