Premier Donald Tusk stated at a press conference that it is too early to say whether there will be legal grounds to annul the decision regarding the merger of PKN Orlen with Lotos. He emphasized the need for a thorough investigation into the matter, considering the significant financial and sovereignty losses incurred, including the relinquishment of power to Saudi Arabia, and collaboration with Viktor Orban, whom he described as the most pro-Putin politician. Tusk highlighted that revising the merger decision is a complex legal matter, and it's premature to speculate.

He urged allowing relevant authorities, not just the prosecutor's office, to investigate thoroughly.
