Women in real estate at Property Walk in Lodz.WORK
The Women in Real Estate in Poland (WIREP) meeting took place on October 13, as part of the first Property Walk in Lodz. Nearly 40 women gathered to exchange knowledge and experience, as well as establish new professional and personal relationships. The event was held on the premises of OKAM's office investment project, Lodz.WORK. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the City of Lodz.
"Women, also in our industry, are extremely enterprising and have great strength and potential. At OKAM, we are firmly committed to gender parity, and it applies to both the Board of Directors itself and managerial positions in individual departments. We also attach great importance to the possibility of women successfully combining their professional lives with their personal and family lives. Such meetings are an opportunity to exchange knowledge, opinions, experience, as well as to establish new valuable contacts," Anna Watkowska, Head of People and Board Member at OKAM Capital, said.
