A new Prize by Radisson hotel will open in Wrocław’s iconic Sky Tower by late 2026, occupying 9,600 m²—one-third of the current office space. The 208-room hotel marks Adventum’s first investment in the hospitality sector, made possible through a long-term partnership with Radisson Hotel Group. Positioned as a mid-range lifestyle brand, Prize by Radisson supports Radisson’s strategy to expand in both urban and tourist destinations across Poland.

The transformation of office space into a hotel reflects the growing trend of adaptive reuse in commercial real estate. The Sky Tower, Poland’s tallest publicly accessible building, houses offices, apartments, a shopping center, and a panoramic observation deck. The project is seen as a strategic, value-adding move for Adventum’s portfolio.
