BPI Real Estate Poland Marks 15 Years of Innovation and Growth

BPI Real Estate Poland (BPI), part of the Belgian CFE Group, is celebrating 15 years on the Polish real estate market. Over the past decade and a half, the developer has completed 13 major residential projects across the country’s largest cities and established itself as a leader in sustainable development and the 15-minute city concept.
“This anniversary is a milestone for us. Poland continues to grow in importance within the CFE Group’s development strategy,” says Béranger Dumont, General Director of BPI Real Estate Poland. “From our first project—Cztery Oceany in Gdańsk—to our current developments like PianoForte in Warsaw and Cavallia in Poznań, we’ve remained committed to creating innovative, eco-friendly, and community-focused projects in prime urban locations. We look to the future with optimism and a strong appetite for more.”
Since its launch in Poland, BPI has steadily expanded its footprint in Warsaw, Poznań, the Tri-City, and Wrocław. Its completed portfolio includes standout developments such as:
Ongoing projects include Chmielna Duo and PianoForte in Warsaw, and Cavallia in Poznań—developed in partnership with Revive. In its anniversary year, BPI is accelerating efforts to launch even more ambitious residential developments. One such upcoming project is a premium investment in Gdańsk, created through a joint venture with SPEEDWELL.
BPI Real Estate Poland has earned industry-wide recognition for its leadership in ESG and sustainable construction. The company ranked 5th in the 2024 National Ranking of the Best Housing Developers, organized by Strefa Gospodarki and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, and was honored as the "Construction Company of the 20th Anniversary of Poland in the EU" at the Builder Awards.
All BPI projects integrate sustainable practices—from recycling building materials and using certified green concrete to installing photovoltaic panels and implementing water retention systems. The company consistently pursues BREEAM certification across its developments.
“We work in an industry with a profound impact on future generations,” says Dumont. “Sustainability is in our DNA. Our evolution—from a small team of passionate professionals to a 40-person organization—shows what’s possible when people are committed to responsible growth.”
BPI’s guiding philosophy, Urban Shapers, reflects its mission to actively shape vibrant urban spaces. All projects support the 15-minute city model, giving residents easy access to essential services, workspaces, and leisure—all within walking or cycling distance.
“We don’t just build homes—we build communities,” Dumont adds. “Our investments are designed as places where people want to live, work, and unwind. That’s been our goal from day one, and it will remain our direction moving forward.”
New project launches and ongoing developments in Gdańsk and beyond reaffirm BPI’s commitment to creating high-quality, sustainable living environments for modern residents.
