BPI Real Estate Poland has completed the Panoramiqa project in Starołęka, Poznań. This development will add 272 apartments to the Poznań market. With the occupancy permit secured, the Belgian developer plans to hand over the apartments to owners this fall. The property features modern architecture and eco-friendly solutions, including lower annual primary energy demand. Panoramiqa is the latest project by BPI Real Estate Poland in Poznań, following Vilda Park and Cavallii.

Located in the modern part of Poznań’s Nowe Miasto district, Panoramiqa comprises two buildings ranging from 7 to 17 floors, with 272 residential units from 26 to 82 sq m, offering 1 to 4 rooms. Each apartment includes a loggia accessible from the living room. Notable amenities include a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Poznań, an internal courtyard with green spaces and a playground, an underground garage, surface parking, and a ground-floor commercial space. The location near Hetmańska and Unii Lubelskiej streets ensures excellent communication and access to city amenities.

"We build city-shaping projects in attractive locations that stand out in the market. Panoramiqa is a perfect example reflecting our business strategy. There is significant interest in this project from clients seeking high-standard properties from a reputable partner in an urban setting. Many clients prefer to live in a developed area with excellent transport and access to educational and service infrastructure," said Magdalena Gosk, Sales Leader at BPI Real Estate Poland.

Sustainability is central to BPI Real Estate Poland's strategy and crucial for every investment. Panoramiqa features eco-friendly solutions, achieving a favorable annual primary energy demand index. Energy performance certificates indicate that the buildings are 17% (Building A) and 25% (Building B) more energy-efficient than national requirements. This means lower maintenance costs for residents and potentially better financing conditions from some banks. The project includes photovoltaic panels, rainwater retention systems for irrigation, light-colored facades, and white roofs to reduce building heat absorption. Additionally, residents can install electric vehicle chargers at their parking spots.
