Develia, one of Poland’s largest real estate developers, aims to sell 3,100–3,300 units and deliver 2,900–3,100 completed apartments in 2025. The company also plans to launch construction on at least 3,100 new units. Additionally, Develia will finalize the sale of Arkady Wrocławskie for €42.9 million, a key step in its strategy to exit commercial real estate.

The developer continues to expand in the living segment, acquiring land in Wrocław for a 600-room student housing project. Despite market challenges, Develia sees growth opportunities and remains financially strong. In 2024, it achieved record sales of 3,197 units, a 20% increase y/y, exceeding its initial targets.
