Developers should build more with eco-materials

More than 50 percent of Poles believe that there should be regulations requiring developers to build new apartments and houses to a large extent from eco-materials, including recycled materials. About 23 percent of people are of the opposite opinion. About 27 percent of Poles remain undecided. Seniors dominate in the first group, and the youngest adults in the second.
According to experts, the reluctance or uncertainty of some of the society towards eco-construction may be a reaction to the signals reaching us from the United Kingdom and Germany that the authorities of these countries have doubts about the new climate requirements. Many Poles may also be concerned about a possible increase in property prices in the event of a change in the law. Interestingly, opinions on this matter are strongly divided in the broad industry.
