In July 2024, Poland's Economic Sentiment Indicator (ESI) dropped to 99.6 points from 101.4 in the previous month, according to the European Commission. The industrial sector’s sentiment remained unchanged at -17.7 points, while the services sector's sentiment worsened slightly to -3.1 points from -2.4.
Consumer confidence fell to 0 points from +3.5, and retail sales sentiment improved to -1 point from -2.2. The construction sector's sentiment was -16.3 points, a slight decrease from -16.2. The Employment Expectations Indicator (EEI) rose to 99.3 points from 98.5 the previous month.
