Embraer plans to expand its partnership with Poland in aircraft production, assembly, servicing, and repairs, potentially generating $3 billion over 10 years and creating 5,000 jobs. The company aims to establish a final assembly line for the KC-390 Millennium military aircraft in Poland, a model in high demand across NATO and Europe.

Embraer also strengthens ties with LOT Polish Airlines, which operates various Embraer models. The company plans new investments, including a landing gear maintenance facility and cargo conversions for E190 aircraft. The passenger aviation sector alone could see $2 billion in investments over the next decade. Embraer delivered 206 aircraft in 2024, generating $6.4 billion in revenue and expects $7-7.5 billion in 2025.
