Fuel prices may further fall - analysts
Fuel prices may keep falling in the week of August 19-25, analysts forecasted. E-petrol expects the price for gasoline 98 to hover in the range of PLN 5.36-5.47 per liter. The price for gasoline 95 may decrease to PLN 5.02-5.13 per liter. For diesel, the average price is expected at PLN 4.95-5.06 per liter.
During the past week, oil prices on the London Stock Exchange temporarily exceeded $ 60, recording local price peaks at $ 61.5 on Tuesday. The uptrend was temporary, however, and on Friday Brent crude fell to slightly over $59.
