Jabra’s "AI at Work" study reveals a divide between executives and employees on the role of generative AI. While leaders see it as a productivity booster, employees view it as a tool for improving work-life balance. The study, which surveyed 1,800 AI decision-makers and 4,200 employees across 14 countries, highlights that workers spend significant time on non-essential tasks like emails and meetings, which AI could help automate.
However, expectations differ: 31 percent of Polish employees would use saved time for personal activities, whereas leaders focus on efficiency. Trust in AI remains low for creative tasks, with only 6 percent of Polish workers comfortable delegating them to technology. Paul Sephton, Jabra’s Head of Brand Communications, emphasizes the need for thoughtful AI integration.
“AI should streamline work without adding pressure. Leveraging younger generations’ enthusiasm for technology can foster innovation and long-term benefits for all,” he stressed.
