Globalworth Poland, a leader in the office market in Poland's largest cities, is organizing the Real Estate Hackathon on March 29-30. The event aims to bridge commercial real estate with the latest IT and AI innovations, inviting engineers, programmers, and visionaries to develop creative solutions for more functional, sustainable, and inspiring workspaces.

According to Rafał Pomorski, Managing Director – Finance & Operations at Globalworth Poland, commercial real estate is one of the world’s largest yet least innovative sectors. The hackathon seeks to empower participants to think boldly about the future of offices, embracing unconventional ideas that could redefine the industry.

One of the event’s key highlights will be a discussion panel on how technology and artificial intelligence shape modern work environments. The panel will feature experts like Artur Apostoł from Globalworth Poland and Ireneusz Jazownik from BOŚ Bank S.A.

The hackathon offers participants a unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders and collaborate on cutting-edge projects. Magdalena Mikula, Asset Management & Leasing Manager, emphasizes the importance of creativity over perfection, encouraging bold thinking and visionary concepts.
