In Q2 2024, 10.2% of employed people in Poland worked remotely, according to the Central Statistical Office (GUS). Specifically, 2.707 million individuals (15.7% of all workers) worked from home either regularly or occasionally. Of these, 1.756 million (10.2%) performed their work remotely, not necessarily from home.

GUS notes that working from home includes both self-employed individuals whose home is their workplace and employees working remotely using electronic communication. Remote work refers to tasks performed outside the office using digital tools.
