The average day of a typical Pole involves more work and household duties, reducing leisure time, according to the Central Statistical Office (GUS). Poles spend nearly 3 hours daily on media consumption. The "Daily Time Budget of the Population in 2023" report shows work and household tasks occupy almost 30% of the day, while rest, including media, social activities, and hobbies, takes up about 19%. Women are more burdened than men, with women spending 16.1% of their day resting, compared to men's 19.4%.

Over the past decade, men's leisure time has decreased more significantly than women's.
