InPost leads in door-to-door delivers with 45% share in ‘24

InPost dominates Poland’s e-commerce delivery market with an 88% share for parcel lockers and 45% for door-to-door deliveries, ranking first in both segments according to the 2024 Gemius report. Consumers prefer parcel lockers for deliveries (81%) and returns (36%), with InPost’s Paczkomat being the top choice. InPost also became the door-to-door leader in 2024, up from second place in 2023.

Key factors for customers include parcel tracking (83%), weekend delivery (73%), and mobile app management (73%). With over 24,000 Paczkomats in Poland and innovations like contactless access, InPost remains a leader in logistics and e-commerce delivery. Its European network includes 43,000 Paczkomats and 35,000 PUDO points across nine countries.
