KIG estimates export growth at 2.5% y/y in March and 3.8% throughout ‘25

Poland’s exports rose by 2.5% y/y in March 2025 to €29.52 billion and by 8.4% compared to February, according to estimates from the Polish Chamber of Commerce (KIG). This seasonal increase is tied to spring inventory restocking and industrial activity.
However, April figures are expected to be lower due to seasonality. KIG forecasts a 3.8% export growth in 2025 (to €345.2 billion) and 9.5% in 2026. Improvement in trade partner economies—especially Germany—and stabilized exchange rates may support exports. The weakening of the Polish złoty’s earlier appreciation against the euro is expected to ease pressure on exporters. Global deglobalization trends may also open new opportunities in European and U.S. markets.
