Develia will deliver first apartments in Nowy Port project in Gdańsk in ‘28
Develia will develop over 1,000 apartments and commercial units in Gdańsk’s “Nowy Port 2030+” project, created under a public-private partnership with the City of Gdańsk. The €1.1 billion (PLN 1.1 billion net) investment will revitalize the Nowy Port district and parts of Brzeźno and Letnica, including the renovation of nine historic buildings, new housing, public infrastructure, and amenities such as a nursery, swimming pool, and recreation areas.
The first handovers are planned for 2028, with a peak in 2031, averaging 200 apartments per year. Most units will target mid-range buyers, with some premium offerings in seaside Brzeźno. Develia will earn PLN 108.9 million for public works and expects margins to remain stable due to favorable land acquisition and strong local demand.
