"I am so preoccupied with what is happening abroad that I do not feel that day as a holiday for the makers of this film at all. It is just that what is happening abroad accompanies me all the time. I think about our neighbors, but I also think about how much this movie corresponds to what is happening now," Vanessa Alexander said.
In these difficult moments, the actress shows solidarity with the Ukrainian nation, helps those who are forced to seek refuge in Poland and supports those fighting at the front, which is why she participates in fundraising events and acts as an intermediary in contact between refugees and people who provide transport and accommodation. It works without calculating profits and losses because at stake is something priceless – the life and safety of another human being.
"I don't think it needs extra motivation. Just look at the other person who has been deprived of his home overnight. It's unbelievable. I think we can't imagine what they feel, it's impossible to translate it. in no way," the actress added.
