MLP Group reported a strong start to 2026, with the value of signed lease agreements up 186% y/y in Q1. Annualized rental income from new contracts reached EUR 3.8 mln, compared to EUR 1.3 mln a year earlier. Leased space totaled 56,000 m², up 144% y/y.

The company said the results reflect strong demand from light manufacturing, e-commerce, and logistics tenants, along with a strategy focused on diversification and high-quality, ESG-compliant assets.

MLP Group delivered about 100,000 m² of new space in Poland and Germany during the quarter. Its total portfolio exceeds 1.7 mln m², with land reserves allowing expansion to around 2.3 mln m².

The company expects 2026 to be a record year, supported by strong leasing momentum and earlier contracts already securing revenue growth.
