According to employers' organizations, the government has failed to implement many promised reforms in its first year, and only a few laws addressing business demands have reached the president. Representatives of employers’ organizations emphasized that the government lacks coordination in economic policy, with entrepreneurs not receiving sufficient incentives to run their businesses. Mariusz Zielonka, chief economist at the Confederation of Lewiatan, pointed out that after the coalition's victory, many believed the president's veto power would be the main obstacle to changes. However, few laws reached the president, and even fewer addressed employers' demands.
Zielonka acknowledged that the biggest success was unlocking KPO funds, vital for investment in energy, infrastructure, and digital technologies to enhance competitiveness. However, he stressed that the effectiveness of fund allocation remains a challenge.
