Ronson sold 192 premises, handed over 133 in Q4 ‘25
Ronson Development reported solid operating results in the fourth quarter of 2025. The company sold 192 apartments and delivered 133 units to customers during the quarter. Sales were led by the Ursus Centralny, Między Drzewami and Zielono Mi projects, while most handovers took place in Zielono Mi, Nowa Północ and Viva Jag.
For the full year 2025, Ronson sold a total of 542 apartments and delivered 620 units. The Ursus Centralny project accounted for the largest share of both sales and completions, followed by projects such as Nowa Północ, Zielono Mi and Miasto Moje. Ronson is a residential developer that was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange between 2007 and 2022.
