Matexi Poland to sell 400 apartments in ‘26 compared to 362 in ‘25
Matexi Polska increased its sales in 2025, signing 362 developer contracts, up about 14% y/y. The company delivered 439 apartments to customers, a 55% rise compared with 2024. Sales were concentrated in Warsaw (262 units) and Kraków (100). CEO Mirosław Bednarek described 2025 as challenging, noting that buyers took longer to make decisions and often waited until projects were nearly completed. Improved sales conditions emerged from the second quarter, supported by interest rate cuts and better access to mortgages.
For 2026, Matexi Polska targets sales of around 400 apartments and plans new projects in Warsaw (Żoliborz, Wola) and Kraków (Podgórze). The developer also expects progress on a large PRS project in Warsaw and continues to expand its land bank, which already allows for over 3,000 apartments.
