As a result of Sunday's fire at Marywilska 44 Shopping Center, six retail halls within the Center were destroyed. The property is insured, and the company, Marywilska 44, will initiate reconstruction efforts. The shopping center is owned by Mirbud's subsidiary, with plans for reconstruction already underway. The incident's impact on Mirbud's financial results will be disclosed in subsequent reports. Other properties owned by Marywilska 44 in Ostróda, Rumia, and Starachowice are operating without disruption.

Mirbud primarily operates as a general contractor across various construction segments and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2008.
