According to a July survey presented by Marcin Idzik from Minds&Roses, support for Poland joining the Eurozone and adopting the euro has dropped to 32%. This is a significant decline from previous years, with 17 percentage points fewer supporters compared to last year. Currently, 56% oppose adopting the euro, and 12% are undecided.
This is a sharp contrast to 2002, when 90% supported the euro and only 10% were against it. The decline reflects growing skepticism about adopting the common currency.
