OMODA & JAECOO Polska, representing the innovative automotive industry, has just moved into the 800-square-meter office in Adgar Park West. The company previously occupied a much smaller office space from the same operator in the Adgar Plaza One office building. The tenant used the Flexi Lease by Adgar model. It is another example that tenants are eager to choose and stay in spaces from Adgar Poland, finding the perfect conditions for development and business scaling in the company’s offer.

The Adgar Poland office buildings in Warsaw keep attracting more and more innovative sectors - future technology companies, well-recognized brands and promising startups. It is in places like Adgar Park West, located in the key business points of Warsaw, where new ideas and ambitious projects are developed. One of them is OMODA & JAECOO Polska, the importer and distributor of two automotive brands: Omoda and Jaecoo. Following the intensive growth and increasing number of employees, the company decided to move to the above-mentioned building complex at Al. Jerozolimskie from their offices occupied in Adgar Plaza One in Służewiec. The tenant rented a total space of 800 square meters, covering all the currently available modules as part of the concept called Flexi Lease by Adgar.

It should be highlighted that Adgar Poland and OMODA & JAECOO Polska already cooperated before during the campaign advertising EV charging stations at Adgar Plaza, Adgar Wave and Adgar Park West. The session used the electric model Omoda E5, emphasizing the involvement of both companies in the promotion of environmentally-friendly solutions and an innovative approach towards e-mobility.
